Frequently Asked Questions

Our sizing is standard / normal South African sizing. We are currently working on a sizing guide that will be added to our website in the near future.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but we can offer an exchange up to 30 days after your purchase. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We regret, no refunds after the initial 14-day period.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we are able to offer you an exchange up to 30 days after purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will exchange your item if your item arrived defective or damaged. We require photographic proof of the damaged garment. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@strengthandhonour.co.za. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
