Refund policy
RETURNS + REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund but we can offer an exchange up to 30 days after your purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Regrettably, no returns or refunds can be granted for items on sale. These items can only be exchanged for another size, if available.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

EXCHANGES – WRONG SIZE

EXCHANGES – DAMAGED GOODS
We will exchange your item if your item arrived defective or damaged. We require photographic proof of the damaged garment. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@strengthandhonour.co.za. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
DISCOUNT VOUCHERS
Discount vouchers do not apply to sale items.

All online payments will be facilitated by Payfast payment gateway. Payment methods are secure and includes the following; EFT (All Major banks), Credit card, Debit card and Bitcoin.
